8th Ed. Destroy buildings?

Can you destroy buildings? Im sure ive seen it mentioned all over the shop, but i cant for the life of me find anywhere in the rulebook about it... help?

Buildings are mostly destroyed by magic but there may be other ways for example Skaven cracks call destroys buildings on a 5+.
