Wow very cool colour scheme, nice work. Only thing I would change is making the eyes a different colour, they don't really stand out at all now. Or at least give them a thin vertical black line in the middle.

Yea I was thinkin the same thing. When my army is complete ill probebly go back and do all the skink eyes

To be honest...
The whole model looks like you painted it yellow and then just washed it.
Try breaking the miniature up by adding in some dark contrast.

I undercoated them white. Then based the entire model iyandan darksun, then painted the scales golden yellow followed by sunburst yellow. Then I painted all the gold 50/50 iyandan darksun and shining gold. Then I washed the entire model with gryphon sepia. Then I highlighted the skin iyandan darksun followed by dessert yellow. Crests were painted scab red with warlock purple followed by a wash a leviathan purple.

Yes it is a fast, easy, effective color scheme. I mean I do got 40 of them to paint lol.
