My understanding is if you choose not to bring a caster with your army, your army will still have a chance to dispell; and if you have a caster then you have a better chance to dispell. My question is: If your opponent has a caster that is locked in CC does he/she still get to use there army dispell pool; or are they not aloud any dispell dice because there caster is locked in combat? First post, hope i didn't make it more confusing with my interpretation of magic or example. thanks.
