There some mention in the rules about overshoot with the salamander. Does that mean we roll both arty dice when we shoot and a non arrow on the scatter dice means overshoot?
You roll an artyllery dice, it says nothing about rolling a scatter die which is a compleetly different kind.
The only way to overshoot is to roll a 10 and go past your target. Position you're sallies at about 7 inches and that should not be a problem.
Or aim for somthing over 10 inceches away and even though you cant reach them you might magicaly hit the unit in combat
