8th Ed. Does a Skink chief on ripper get a toad rage marker?

I was wondering if only ripper units get the markers of if mounted characters also get their own marker.

I second this. The Ripper mount entry sadly lacks the Toad Rage rule, which both allows the placement of toad markers, and gives the bonuses for attacking units with markers. So even if you use a toad marker from a ripper unit to mark an enemy, the chiefs ripper doesn't go berserk! I guess the chiefs give the crazy ones to their underlings...
