AoS Does the +1 to cast stack with multiple astrolith bearers?

    Hi all.

    I’ve been trying to find a way to maximise kroaks mortal wounds spell and make it more consistent.

    One part to the list was to buff him with the +1 to casting roll from the astrolith bearer. The word for this ability is ‘add one to the casting rolls for friendly seraphon wizards while they are within 12” of any models with this ability’

    So if I was to take multiple astrolith bearers and have them within the 12” would this ability stack?

    I spoke to my group and a few of them seem to think that the way it is worded would mean that this ability can’t.

    Does anyone know of any FAQs or ruling that would settle this?

    This is the new rule text from the FAQ Errat:

    Page 112 – Saurus Astrolith Bearer, Celestial Conduit Change the rules text to: ‘Add 1 to casting rolls for friendly Seraphon Wizards while they are within 12" of any models with this ability. In addition, add 8" to the range of any spells cast by friendly Seraphon Wizards while they are within 12" of any models with this ability.’

    They would not stack because the text reads, "while they are within 12" of ANY models with this ability."

    Yep. To further expand on that:
    "Any" is defined by GW to mean "one or more".

    So no stacking.

    which is always a good idea. Or 3 terradons and a balewind vortex (if you don't have already included it...)
