7th Ed. Dragon Ogres and the Doomwheel

Hey,

I know that neither of these armies are lizardmen, but what happens when a unit of dragon ogres gets shot by the Doomwheel's lighting blast?
Do they negate the attack and become frenzied? Or is this another "salamander case" where even though the background is that lightning blasts are coming out of the doomwheel they don't actually count as lightning?

iirc warp lightning is mentioned under the dragon ogres ability, so i'd say yes. maybe its covered in that skaven faq somewhere...
