Help Drakespawn knights help

Hey guys i recently bought some dark elf cold ones the drake spawn knights. I am thinking about turning them into Salamanders, I want to give them neck frills, any idea how i could kit bash this or something? im not very good with green stuff so i would rather not use it thanks guys

Maybe use the frills from flesh hounds? I’m not sure how well they’d fit straight on but it might be a good place to look.

Some folded cardstock? Frills from cheap toys maybe?
