8th Ed. Dread saurian model...where is the armor?

Yeah I know this is old but i was searching the internet today and came up on the warhammer forge WIP dread saurian and I really gotta know, how come it looks nothing like its artwork in the monstrous arcanum book? I really gotta hope that was an early WIP because I really like the idea of a really huge saurus warrior/monster

Yea it was, one of the legs and the tail are just a pieces of wire.

im thinking of modding up one of those papo mutant dragon lizard man models that I have seen modeled on the web...
