So I regularly play a dwarf player who unsurprisingly sticks to the "dwarven gunline" mentality. I've only bought the battalion box and a stegadon so far. My question is with these models available to me are there any reliable units that can take out cannons? Or will I have to get terradons? How do you guys deal with warmachine crews?

Without Terradons, your choices are pretty limited, but I'll suggest a few for you.

A small unit of Sarus warriors can easily deal with most crews, provided there isn't a character there.

If you'd like to include another character in your army, consider adding a JSoD as they can be quite effective as well.

Blasting away with magic seems to work, provided you can get spells through the thick magical defense of the dwarves.

Terradons seem to be a solid threat though.

    >.< i know how you feel buddy. trust me, just buy the terradons, or else get some other flying unit. if your opponent is as good at his cannon guesswork as mine is, your army will never even make it to the dwarves anyways. (btw i know there is no other flying unit for the lizardmen, and by that i meant skink with flying charm thing)

Get a slann asap. Lore of life has numerous cheap usefull spells vs dwarfs. Make their lives hell.

Jaguar saurus of death (Jsod) - basically a scarvet or Oldblood with Jaguar charm is good for hunting crews.

    Anything faster.
