So Ive lurked here a bit over the years, I live up in montana where games of fantasy have been sporadic for the last decade. I started out with lizzies in the 5th edition starter kit, been playing for a little over 12 years now.

Of course, Ive yet to get a real game in for 8th edition, and Im completely turked by the nerf my kroxigors got... but such is life.

So, any advice for the new old guy? Im currently updating my models, one saurus at a time, and hope to by back up to 3k by march. The new sculpts in my core troops are much less static, and Im quite pleased to have skipped over the ugly-baby kroxigors.

Im kinda coming from the same background as you, I too started with the Lizardmen from the 5th ed starter set but Ive been out of the hobby for a few years then last year I decided to take the plunge and bought a new battalion, loving the new models and patiently modelling and painting away with a view to get playing again before Christmas
