The Arcane Configuration states that when chosen, it can reduce all spells from any lore by one. Now can a slann benefit from this or only the Skink Priest that is mounted on the stegadon.

 

every wizard who chose that lore in your and your opponents armys casting cost is reduced by one.

 

Yea, it effects everyone, but it ends at the start of the next magic phase, so your opponent never gets a chance to benefit.

Never mind. It's the player's next magic phase, so yea, both get a turn.
