I'd say your list looks pretty tough. You might find that the Saurus and TG blocks are a little small for a 2400 pt army. I'd consider upping the body count in one of them.
Channeling staff would do wonders for the slann and im not sure about the ogre blade. thats alot of points for technically just getting +1 better armour save, while on the other hand he could have GW, armour of fortune, charmed shield as well. so same str, benefits from charmed shield, same armoursave, also 5+ ward, allthough he gains ASL. Also agreed with the previous poster, quite too small combat blocks im my opinion.
At initiative 3 I found that scar vets are striking last against anything that matters anyways, so I wouldn't let asl be a huge deterrent
making a note that you may only have one magic armor, so either the charmed shield or armor of fortune, not both.
I think I would remove the saurus block and replace it with more skinks. I would also up the temple guard to maybe 30-35 models. One of the scar vets could be on foot in the temple guard block.
