in my army lists i have a slann with becalming cogitations, focus of mystery and soul of stone. i also have a bog standard lvl 1 skink priest

i want to take harmonic convergance and the channeling staff but i dont have the points to spare or want to take anything else out.

so what do you guys think, i could easily just swap a high magic spell for wyssans on the slann too. if i took out the priest id put sharpened horns on my ancient steg too.

I'd go with Harmonic Convergence and the staff, and put the sharpened horns on the ancient steg. With focus of mystery you will have plenty of things to spend dice on, and harmonic convergence will net you an extra dice per magic phase.
