I bought the August White Dwarf and took a magnifying glass to the released pages. These are FACTS about the new book. Granted even with a magnifying glass I could have made a minor mistake. For those who don't want to weed through 100+ threads, here's the new info. Add relevant data as it becomes available until we get to about five pages of threads. Then it's time to start a new thread.

    Models that are new
-Carnosaur/Troglodon kit (if the Carnosaur is not used, a Saurus character on foot can be built).
-Bastiladon, an anklyosaurus-like dinosaur that can carry one of two types of artifacts. A solar engine which acts as a buff wagon and the Ark of Sotek which spews snakes (it’s not well described how the rules work for that).
-Terradon Rider/Ripperdactyl dual set. Terradon riders can be upgraded to have flaming bolas (throwing fiery leeches at the foe). Rupperdactyls are a heavier version of Terradons. The box has bits to make a Skink chief, Tiktaqto, or a unit champion
    -Skink High Priest
    -Tetto’eko
    -Cold One Riders
    -Gor-Rok

I’m not sure if Saurus Warriors are new or old section.

Models that are old (but not cheaper)
Slann, Skinks, Chameleon Skinks, Kroxigor, Chakax, Kroak, Scar Veteran BSB, Skink priests, Kroxigor,

Skink priests still cost the same, have Scaly Skin 6+, can take Heavens or Beasts

Slann can take High Magic now, the spells are the same as the High Elf version (just as I predicted) but with a new Lore attribute (also as I predicted) that is extremely complicated (not as I predicted).

Skink Chiefs are substantially cheaper but their Leadership score took a hit. They have a Scaly Skin save but I can’t make out the number. Ancient Stegadons with Skink Chiefs can take the Engine of the Gods in lieu of giant blowpipes for 50 points.

Slann can still be BSBs with 100 magic points worth of items and still be the general

Scar Veterans are 5 points cheaper. They can ride Carnosaurs.

Razordons are 10 points cheaper. Salamanders are 5 points more expensive. Extra handlers cost 4 points apiece now.

The Rare entry still has Ancient Stegadons, implying there are still regular Stegadons in Special. Ancient Stegadons have some monster power upgrades with fancy special rule names like “Stampede.”

There is a new unit called a Troglodon that can built from the Carnosaur kit. It can be taken as a a mount for a Skink priest or as a stand alone Rare unit for 200 points. Fluffwise they are blind but have some ability to sense lost artifacts of the Old Ones.

Both Scar-Vet and Kroxigor are 5 points cheaper than they were.
