Been awhile since I've been on, my main opponent is vampire counts the one piece I'm missing is the carnosaur but he will be with the cold ones more then likely, one change I'm almost positive I'll make is dropping the skinks to 2 squads of 10 skirmishers(one with javs for versatility) I'd go more magic heavy but always had bad luck with magic hah(although I do have a slann sitting around) Heros and lords: Skink Priest 1 Dispell scroll & diadem of power 1 Ancient steggie 1 Oldblood 1 Carnosaur 1 Blade of revered tzunki 1 War Drum of xahutec 1 Light armor 1 Shield 1 Troops: Skinks 25 Skinks 10 Saurus 25 Spears 25 Standard Bearer 1 Champion 1 Musician 1 Special: Terradons 4 Cold One cav 5 Standard Bearer 1 Champion 1 Musician 1 Plaque of dominion 1 Rare: Salamanders 3
I'd go about trying to keep the skinks up to three units, 2 x 10 Skirmishers and 1 x 10 w/ javs. I'd also consider dropping your Saurus to either 5x3 or 6x3 and then try to get another one of like size. Where one unit if good, two are great! I'd also perhaps think about upgrading your Priest to level two so that you get that one extra spell and power/dispel dice in there. I think the rest of your army is solid, a good build.
