I know my old Lord Kroak isn't table legal because of base size, but if I mounted him on a base the same size as the new Kroak, do you think he would become legal?

I just bought the new model today and it looks gorgeous, but I have so many other things to build and paint before my 3.0 debut at a game day on August 8th that I don't think I'll get to it.

You could always just use the old model as a regular Slann

That might be TO dependant. I'm not sure if GW comes out and says "now that this new version is released, the old model is not permitted in matched play," or something along those lines. If your just playing casual games just make sure your opponents don't mind. Maybe put him on some cork to replicate the height as well, the only potential advantage for a smaller model is being able to hide it easier behind cover. But at the same time, that also reduces his own line of sight
