Skink chiefs cannot take Dispel Scrolls as it is an Arcane Item. Only Wizards may carry Arcane Items. Note you probably don't need a Dispel Scroll since Becalming Cognition on average will let you dispel three or four more spells per game than normal. Other than that you have a fairly balanced list and should give you a good feel for playing Lizardmen. I would consider a Standard of Swiftness on the Temple Guard to boost them to Movement 5 since everything else in the army has M5 or 6. I would consider giving the Slann the Standard of Discipline to boost his Ld to 10 since your army is largely made up of squishy things. I would consider adding an extra handler (aka "Snack") to your Salamander packs since solo Salmanders could use the insurance against losing all their handlers and going bonkers.
Thanks didn't know that. Guess i should read the rules more carefully. Good point, i never actually thought of it like that. More just thought of it as +1 to charge, but to keep the battle line straigter might want to put in the banner. With a leadership of 9 and Coldblooded, i don't really see a reason to bother spending the points to get the +1, as i'll be passing most of my tests anyways. This is of course speaking with no experience, more from statistics. I had originally gave them some, but removed them for the points. With the points freed up from rearranging my list i should be able to give em back. Thanks for the feedback!
