Seed of rebirth is useless on a slann, as regen and ward do not stack in 8th.

plaque of dominion is VERY expensive for 1500 pts. The enemy is likely going to have 1 wizard, and you need to be in 18" of him, AND he has to fail his LD, AND if he is near a bsb, he gets a reroll. Just too much chance of it not working. There is much much more reliable ways for a slann to shut down enemy casters. Like dispell scrolls, cupped hands nuking the enemy caster, feedback scroll+bane head, etc, and most are cheaper.

Also, you slann gets 1 free discipline, and if you ask me, exchange the plaque for a 2nd. Take focused rumination and either focus of mystery, or if you still want to hurt enemy casters, becalming cogitation.

Finally, you need to choose a lore. Your call there, though life and light are both good at helping lizardmen do what they do best.

As for the rest of the list; looks fine, though I haven't used terradons. However, in all my tests, chameleons do much better at harassment than terradons, and are better at warmachine hunting.
