If you ditch the Priests, 6 Sauruses and a couple of handlers, with your extra 91pts you have room for the following: Slann Mage Priest - The Focused Rumination Focus of Mystery Cupped Hands of the Old Ones Which should serve you a lot better. Having multiple magic users in 8th isn't generally worth the points since they don't add extra power dice. Keep the Sauruses in a big block since you have them equipped with Spears. With spears, you now get 2 attacks per model from the front rank, 1 attack per model from the 2nd rank due to supporting attacks and the same from the 3rd rank due to spears. So if you run them in units of 16 you'll start losing spear attacks when you've taken only a few casualties.
