So I'm going to be playing in the finals of our escalation league that me and a group of friends have been playing in. It's a 2500 point match up using the battle line scenario and my opponent is playing the undead legion. I would say there is a 50/50 chance he is taking nagaash, just looking for some general advice against this army as I've only played it once before, and all though I did manage to pull out a victory it was honestly due to sheer luck.
Will you be using Endtimes magic? If so, take High Lore and Deadlock Nagash as much as possible. -watch out for hexwraiths as they are ethereal and will require magic or magical attacks to be eliminated. Their scythes ignore armor and they can pass through a unit , scoring automatic hits -stegs can take down grave guard and any core block that army fields no problem -if you see a bunker with some necromancers in it, send a chief on ripper dactyl at them for easy victory points -two sallies spitting fire at crypt horrors can remove their regen of that phase. Pepper them with skinks immediately after to whittle them down
