I'm confused, what are we meant to be looking at?

Kroxigors went into packs of three and finecast around June so not exactly recently.

Indeed, but as I pointed out above this occurred 7 months ago, in fact we had a couple of threads about it:

So not exactly noteworthy now,

However, if you only noticed now or are new to lizardmen then sorry for my pessimism. They are in fact slightly cheaper now ( as are many MI and MC units like Terradons) which is always a good thing.
 
But if you need only a single Krogy, eBay is a good place to hunt. They often have single, unpainted or only basecoated Kroxigors for a reasonable price.
 
I lucked up once and got 16 Kroxigors for about $50. They are all the older version, which looks better in my opinion and were well painted and based (lava theme).
