hi i just recieved some fincast terradons an one is quite bad. I heard gw customer services send replacements out. What i want to know is will they just replace the faulty one and ill i have to send them back.
Wouldn't it be easiest to mail and ask them? I think the they usually send out replacements without you having to send your models back, but I haven't had any model replaced personally so I'm not sure.
I once received a Salamader without a head. I called them, they sent me a new one and I got to keep the headless one. I converted it with a head from some other model. Just call and ask them. If you have to send it back, no big deal.
If you do have to send it back make sure they pay for postage. When FineCyst's normal Aero-like consistency bubbless to the surface it makes the model not fit for purpose under the various Sales of Goods Acts. This means that you are entitled to your choice of your money back or a replacement item at no further cost to you. If they want the item back then they are obliged to pay for the return.
