Help Gwaka’moli Crater Gators?

Hey guys im thinking about buying the lizardmen Gwaka’moli Crater Gators from blood bowl and converting the saurus for hero's Old bloods and Sun bloods, has anyone done this themselves? any tips and pictures would be great too thanks

This is the first I could find but these where taken a bit to the extreem. With Necron bits added to them.
