    I'm Chris, and I started Lizardmen today. I had some models laying around the Garage and decided to exchange em. I didn't realize I had over $400 worth. Needless to say I bought a 2400 point army that I now have to build and paint. I'll keep you updated somewhere here on my progress.

    I've been playing warhammer for around 2 years, but have been painting and modeling for around 10. I've given up on 40K. Once I played WFB I was hooked. I only dont have six armies now. I'm missing: Ogres, Tomb Kings, Skaven and Elves... all of em. See you guys in the threads.

    Background;
    I'm 36, the father of 3 boys who range between 4 and 10 and am a workaholic. I build very fast though because I'm a mechanic by trade making me pretty good with my hands as well as having lots of tools. I paint pretty well and will offer up some selections from my portfolio if you guys want me to post some pictures. I'm not a golden daemon painter by any means but I do alright.

    Chris

    Hey Chris, I'm pretty sure I've seen some of your stuff over on the Herdstone haven't I(my nickname over there is Nevermind)? Glad to have you aboard and hurry up and create your own army paint log!

    Yup, I'm a member of the Herdstone. Cant seem to make a decent list with the Beastmen, well I guess thats subjective as my gaming group has some of the top Fantasy players in my area... One is ranked #3 in the USA with WOC and is 13th in the world.... at least according to Rankings HQ.... Needless to say games are ALWAYS tournament style lists usually no named characters.

    I've been wanting to start Lizards for a while and now I got some. I started painting my Slaan today.. Got his chair all primed and assembled. I'll be posting a painting log after he is done tomorrow sometime.... I still haven't decided on a color for my Lizards yet.....

    That's one cool thing about Lizards. My saurus blocks are gonna be different, each will be representing a spawning. The shields will be identical though, which will bring unity in the army.

    Take a look arond the army painting log subforum, there are some really nice color scheme out there. I'm a bif fan of the green saurus.

    Here are a couple of Plogs I suggest you visit:

    Haemoglobin's
    Strewart's
    N810's
    Iggy Koopa's
    redeyefrog's

    I picked those 5 but there are others you could take a look at. Hope I was of some help!!!
