Hello there!

Hey!
My name is Asterus, I got into the hobby many years ago starting with 40k. I never really clicked with it, but when I found fantasy I really found myself enjoying both the feel and gameplay more. I started back in 7th ed with an empire army, but from the moment I saw that beautiful plastic stegadon I was hooked on the Lizardmen.

But things happen. and while I assembled lots and played several matches, I lost interest in warhammer shortly after the release of 8th. which left a large portion of my models unpainted and unbased. I'm actually quite happy about that however, because now as an adult I've got some free time and I'm looking to get back into painting, this time for the fun of painting and not just as a step to finish an army!

I've got several things painted up already, and yes i'll be making a painting blog, because I've still got plenty to go!

I'm excited to be a part of this excellent community and I'm looking forward to improving as a painter, modeler and wargamer!
