Greetings. I'm a long-time lurker, but finally decided to pull the trigger on painting some of my lizardmen models I've accumulated over the years in a consistent and full army fashion. Thought I might go thru the process of sharing how I'm doing on them with others.

The brief stuff that is normally shared in these forum posts:

I've played Warhammer for close to 20 years, and have at some point fielded a painted army of most every force out there (easier to say what I haven't painted: Wood Elves and High Elves). I paint them and sell them, mostly. Though a few stick around longer. My current playing army is Daemons of Chaos (Tzzentch with some Slaanesh and Khorne), but it's time for a new project. So I decided to get the lizardmen that I've toyed around with and test painted a few times into full fighting force.

I'm more of a painting and modeling focused person who plays casually and mainly for fun--haven't done a tournament in years. I now only paint things that have dual purpose, and I'll be using these models in both Warhammer games but also a Pathfinder RPG game path that I'm running (Skull and Shackles)--which will help me stick to the project.

And that's about it. I've enjoyed lurking on the forums for a long time, and I'm excited to start contributing.

    Best.

    Andrew

Welcome to the forum! It's always nice when a lurker exits the spawning pool and enters the light.

If your avatar is any indication, I'm sure your posts will be a grand edition to our painting forum.
