Hi everyone,
I'm very excited to be a part of this forum! I'm from Australia; the land of deadly lizards, so I should fit right in.
I've had a look around at some of your miniatures and I'm so impressed with the talent and diversity of colours in your armies. Hopefully I can contribute in my own little way.
Last night I started a post in the painting blogs called "Deer Riffs' thinking, inking and skinking". I'm hoping to update it weekly with my progress in this wonderful hobby.
In doing so, I get to document my learning experience, give some of you grizzled veterans a sense of nostalgia for what it is like to be an absolute beginner, and for anyone taking up Seraphoning(?) in the future who stumbles upon my blog to learn from my mistakes and a successes.
I'm really looking forward to creating this blog and I hope you all get something out of it, I know I've enjoyed the time I've spent looking through the forums and paint blogs so far.
All the very best,
deer riffs
