AoS Help 1500 army list

Hey

I’ve built and painted a 1k list based on Saurus Guard. I’ve realized that it’s veeeery boring. Now, I want t to improve it adding an Slann, Skink Starpriest, Endless spells and artillery (salamanders).

Regarding endless spells I’m thinking on cogs and balewind vortex. Please, could you help me to how build the 1.5k army list? I’m not sure if paying 150 points for Battallion Eternal Starhost is a best idea.

I have on the table: Slann, Skink Starpriest, 4x salamanders/Razordons, 20x Skinks, 10x Saurus and 5x Saurus Knights.

On the other hand, what about your tactics summoning units? Do you follow any path each battles? (wait to turn 2 and summon bastiladon, etc).

You don't need a Saurus Astrolith bearer at only 1500 points. If you really want to to include one then I would drop the Carno to add tan Astrolith and beef up a unit or two of Saurus Guard.

In terms of summoning I normally start summoning turn two and it is normally either Skinks or Terradons. My goal is always to be scoring objectives and I am not overly worried about killing any of my opponents units that don't pose a threat to my future holding of objectives.
