8th Ed. Help against HE & OnG !

I would need some advice for designing a list for our friendly tournament, which includes only me, Lizardmen, and other two guys with High Elves and Orcs and Goblins. It's going to be 2500pts game. OnG is my main opponent, I play against them a lot, but I want to do a good list against both of my opponents.

I thought I could go with Life Slann, 'cause that's my favorite, but where should I put my other points? I don't usually spend my points to get many characters. Do you think I would need Skink Priest to assistant my Slann?

I think I might face Flamespyre phoenix, because my friend wants most likely to see it on the battlefield BUT I won't say it for sure. There might be also some Doom divers or Spear chukkas with the OnG player, he uses Doom diver pretty often..

Any advice is welcome!

well they both suffer from a lack of high T units so sallies are a good bet, even if he laser beams them saves ur more expensive units losing numbers

i love 2-3 grps of 10 skinks.. today 10 skinks killed 4 chaos knights... LOL..
i personally take 2+ units of saurus units min but thats ur call..... iv onyl played 1 game each VS O&G and HE and learnt dwellers on low S... yerrrr by by unit (once saw a unit of 50 NGob turn into a unit of 7.... 1st turn... so id say take life

scar vet on CO can do really well or can fail depending on game really

and i usually take min 1 unit of chamo skinks can do really well but depending on what ur oppent has.. can do SFA..

so my tips are sallies 2 or more 2+ units of skinks and use dwellers.. alot hahah!
