8th Ed. help for lizardmen&vampire counts vs high elves&dwarfs

hi all!
i'm going to have a match with the teams in the title
we all will have 1000 points
could you give me some advices?

Against High Elves, you need to know that they are all Toughness 3. If you hit them first, they will die. I suggest taking Salamanders. You’re only worry will then be Dragon Princes and wizards. Against the wizards, you need a skink priest with a diadem of power and against the Dragon princes, you need to ensure that they do not charge you flank. Their special units will outmatch your core and special units in any case at 1000 points as you do not have the Slann to augment your units – therefore, burn his elites with your Salamanders.

Against dwarfs, you have to out-move him, whittle him down and then smash him your Saurus. However, he has artillery which you need to get rid of – easier said than done with Dwarf artillery.
