    Hello,

I am going to meet two high ranking players next sunday. They are both ranked top 20 in Sweden, so they are good players. They play DOC and WOC.

I need help from you, experienced players, with my list building. :)

I need one list 2400 ETC and one 2500 swe comp 12. Don't know yet which list will be played on sunday so I need both.

    Models to my disposal:

    carno
    1 skink chief,
    2 skink priest,

    32 saurus
    40 skinks

8 cold one riders (some can be used as cowboys and bsb)
    3 krox
    6 rippers

    stegadon

I don't have a lot so its easy to realize that most of the units needs to be in the list. My main concern is how to build my characters and how many it should be.

It would be really nice if you could help me with this!

    Thank you

    /Crillaz

For a 2400/2500 pt army, you're lacking on models a little bit I think. I can see a list I would take with those models, but I doubt it'll be very competitive or within the restrictions. I'd have to brush up on the ETC and Swedish Comp rules.

Ideally you'll be wanting to build your characters using some of the proven builds. Check out the tactics section and you'll see some of the best ones. My personal taste is to run the Cowboy with a Great Weapon to allow the Carnosaur to attack first. That way his precious D3 wounds aren't wasted AND both models are hitting at S7. Not much can take that kind of a beating.

Definitely take a RipperChief and both of those Priests too. I'd make them both have the same lore as well. I prefer Heavens for it's lower costs and because Iceshard is a pretty versatile spell. Double cast it on a unit and they're hitting at -2 with -2 LD. Pretty handy for the cost.

I made a 2400 etc list and I got my ass kicked. :)

    20-0 first match against WOC
14-7 against daemons. Only reason it didn't end 20-0 was that I was extremely lucky and passed 7 or 8 ward saves against a great unclean one and then killed him with my old blood.

Luckily I made a good deal and bought myself a full lizardmen army. So now I could even place TWO lord kroak in my army….(I didn't own one before this deal), don't understand why someone would buy two models of the same special character. I could also field dual slanns…Or a huge bus with coc. :)

By the way, The daemon guy that kicked my ass made a list for me that he thinks would work well.

    It consists of:

    Lord kroak
OB with glittering scales and fencers blades, OTS, dragon bane gem. Is hit on 6´s.
    Scar vet bsb.
This goes into a tempelguard unit of 32-33 full command with razor standard
    Tetto in a skink cohort
    priest with scroll
    5*10 skirmishers
    2*3 rippers
Cant remember if there was something more now. It end up at 9,2 in see comp I think.

Blast away with comet and deliverance of Itza until close combat with temple guard. And then wyssans.
