"12 skink skirmishers Skink skirmisher brave and 2 javilins Total 90 points" You can't have both javelins and blowpipes in the same unit. It's either one or the other. The exception to this rule is if a character joins the unit that has a different weapon. Secondly 10 TG isn't enough to do much, so scratch them and add more saurus, another block of skirmishers or some salamanders.
Don't post point totals for each unit; first, we all have the army book and know what everything costs, and second, it's against the forum rules (copyright stuff). Just telling us the total of the list is enough. No worries though. With that said, I don't think you need the Horned One for your oldblood to ride. If he's going with the other cavalry the unit still has to test for stupidity, and his extra movement will be wasted. If he's with an infantry unit, the movement will still be wasted, and he won't get a "look out sir" roll. What I would do is use the model as your scar veteran riding a regular cold one, and put him with the cavalry. Use the hero model on foot as your oldblood and put him with the infantry; he'll be better protected in there as the larger unit is less likely to break. Scarecrow is right that ten temple guard won't do much for you. If your opponents won't mind, try using 5 saurus models to make it a unit of 15, and mix them in so it doesn't look too weird. Combine the remaining saurus into one big unit with the oldblood. Rank them five wide to make it more likely that you're steadfast. This way, you can tie the enemy up with the big saurus unit, then flank with the hard hitting temple guard. You need at least one full extra rank of five to disrupt them with a flank attack, so having fifteen guard will make sure you can take some losses and still accomplish this. Consider giving the priest Plaque of Tepok for an extra spell, and/or cloak of feathers to fly him around where you need him. And, as already mentioned, get a salamander as soon as you can buy one. They are great now. Hope that helps, and good luck.
