    Hi

I want to build a box for my snotling blood bowl team. I found my old playmobil circus wagon in our cellar and thought that would be a funny idea.

Only the colors a kind of bleached ( that thing is from 1979). So I primed it properly and wanted to paint it again. But....

The color doesn't stick!!! What's going wrong? I have no clue?

You might need to give it another clean with something like Dawn, it cuts grease/oil. Then you may need to scuff it up a bit, maybe a quick rub down with some sand paper.

That is what I would suggest too.
Did you prime it with a spray can or just a base layer by hand?

    Grrr, Imrahil

One tip that you could try is to Use a spray primer and top coat formulated for plastics, prime the surface, let it dry, then paint it. Spray multiple light coats, letting them dry completely before applying each succeeding coat.
