    Hey all,

Was a regular player years ago 5th edition (skaven and lizardmen) and gave it up when I went to university and 6th came out. Now I've grown up and have a more settled life I wanted to get back in to Warhammer again (after being drawn back by black library novels) and I decided to dust off my lizardmen and ended up here. After seeing some of the amazing painting logs and conversions I couldn't resist so I ordered some paints and started stripping my models.

Not sure if I will get back into playing again (not even sure if their is still a community where I live) but I enjoy painting and trying my hand at converting.

Welcome to the forum! Painting is a big part of the hobby for me too. I am becoming a better player, and I like that I found some cool folks to battle. But I spend much more time painting than playing and enjoy both parts equally. I look forward to seeing some of your minis as they are painted!
