    To whom this message may concern.

    I, Lord Kaiabotl of Xilixi, address all concerned with the sincerest of tones. Xilixi has arisen. As you read, the very foundations of the city are being re-built, golden brick by golden brick. I have dispatched my general, the Oldblood Khakorlot, to make sure this message finds you all and does not fall into the claws of the great enemy. They must not know of Xilixi's rising, or we shall be doomed to failure. It is only when we have a greater army that we can allow ourselves to be known, and only then through the tales of our glorious victories against the great enemy. As the Mage-Priest and Lord of Xilixi, I ask you all to aid us in the growth of our city. Our army is inexperienced in battle, and they need the guidance of great leaders to aid them. Only then can we expand.
