There was a list take recently took 5-0 at a tournament with the incarnate. Pretty much what your list is. I think the incarnate is fine. He can be unkillable if you rupture and feed is a spell every turn. Makes for the anvil we really don't have in starborne. But he is a lot of points and really makes your wound count low. Be sure to summon a lot and I think you will be good.
krondspine's monstrous rampage is "devour endless spell" it levels up krondspine and when wild everyone's an enemy so your wizards endless spells become legit targets to eat maelstrom is great choice here. With no hit points your opponent sacrifice turns trying to level down krondo or completely avoiding it if posible. Rather nasty if you can hit an opponent 1st in their deployment zone with krondo fully empowered.
