Hi What do you think about this dual carno list incl a lot of fast moving units? Its 2000pts Lords OB, gen GW Armor of destiny Dawnstone Other tricksters shard Carno with blood roar and swift stride Heroes SV Charmed shield Talisman of preservation Carno with blood roar and swift stride Skink priest lvl 1 Dispel scroll Core 32 Saurus full command with spears 2 * 12 skink skirmishers with jav and braves Special 2 * 3 rippers with braves 5 cold one cav + full command HW It will lack in the magic phase of course but i think its quite fast on the table except for the warriors. What do you think. Crap or fun to play. Maybe both? /Crillaz
I'd consider reducing the skirmishers down to 10 models apiece and using the points to make the Scar-Vet a BSB
I agree you will want the BSB. I have been playing a similar list but without the CoC. Although I do like the CoC and have been wanting to try them out. How many points is this list? If it is 2500 there isn't a problem with the Hero points.
It is 1996 pts. However, if i remove one skink skirmisher and the 4+ ward. And replace it with the 5+ ward instead i can fit in in bsb. That ends up to 1999 pts. Maybe it would be nice to somehow give the general the stegadon helmet. I like the coc too. I have only played 3 games so far but have already failed the stupidity test several times…still I like them. /Crillaz
I know the feeling with the stupidity check. If the BSB is on a Carno remember you get the 18inch reroll which will help a bunch. Especially if the OldBlood is within 18 inches as well. That being said I have failed a Cold-Blooded 10...with reroll.
