Hello everybody We're having our second T&T game this Saturday and given the amount of mistakes we did last time (blaming those on the 2,25% beers we had ) this time around we're having smaller armies and no mercs (there will still be beer though )! So I've been thinking all week about what I could and should use. At first I was really psyched about bringing a normal Stegadon since I don't think there will be any cannons at all, but considering it's basically 20 saurus warriors it probably isn't the smartest of ideas (please tell me otherwise because a stegadon in a game like this would look pretty pimp! ) Anyway here's what I've come up with: Heroes116pts) Scar-vet: (116pts) Light Armour, Enchanted Shield, Luckstone, Sword of Might Core: (299pts) Saurus Warriors: 19x Saurus Warriors with Spears?, Standard Bearer, Musician Skink Skirmishers: 10x Skink Skirmishers Rare: (84pts) Salamander Hunting Pack: Salamander, Additional Handler Total: 499pts The list seems pretty solid, right? I reckon I've got something for most threats but the list is pretty boring. Maybe it doesn't matter since T&T are so crazy to begin with? 500pts is so little, the choices are narrow, my second question is: What would you bring to the table @ just 500 points?! Regards, Sebbs
I'm not sure what the rules are entirely for T and T but you need at least 1 hero and 3 units at 500 points. Just letting you know because i don't think you could fit a stegadon easily into 500 unless you did two units of skinks
I know, it's possible though: Heroes: 91pts Scar Veteran: Light Armour, Enchanted Shield Core: 192pts 12x Saurus Hand Weapon, Standard 10x Skink Cohort Special: 2xxpts Stegadon, Giant Bow Total: Just below 500pts The downside is you lose punch with the Saurus after the first three goes down. The upside is naturally the Terror causing, impact hitting, S5 T6 A4 4+, ITP, Stubborn monster busy thunder stomping a bunch of what have ye!
