Karnac's Lizardmen Raider revisited

Hello! I'm trying to convert some new saurus models to use as Karnac's Raiders, as per the unoficial rules of Warhammer Armies Project. So far I've converted only 3 models. Any comments or suggestions? Cheers!

I know nothing about the WAP, but it's a great start to a conversion.

I'm not a veteran, but I think you did a good job of getting the two hand weapons on the model.

Someone else more experienced will need to give you pointers. I'll just give you encouragement!

Project update: going slow, only 7 converted so far, plus Karnac. I tried to make him albino, but failed miserably lol. Also some pictures of the unit and a picture showing the magnets keeping everything in place!

I've done the same with my lizards on the magnetic base.

Adding some new colours schemes to the unit. The Saurus in Dark colours still nerds some drybrush.
