8th Ed. Lizardmen Lore Attribute

    I have a question regarding the lore attribute. It says that the slaan can forget a spell for a randomly determined spell from another lore or even the same lore. What if you forget soul quench and pull a spell from life and you get awakening of the wood. Can you swap awakening of the wood for the signature spell? No where does it state that you can further exchange the random spell for the signature spell. I know it says random but since there are 7 spells in each lore it wouldn't be to easy. If you can't swap for the signature then you can never get any of the signature spells.

    It says he "generates a replacement spell", and whenever you generate a spell you may exchange it for the signature spell (provided you do not already have the signature spell).

    I got another question:

    it says that the replacement spell comes with its own lore attribut,
    does this mean I cannot forget it again, right?

    That would be what it means. You have that spell for good, so choose a lore with a good sig spell.
