8th Ed. Lizardmen scenery

In the new army book, there's some Lizardmen-themed scenery made up out of the Arcane ruin pillars. You can see these in the double spread on pages 74-75, where they have little flaming things on top.

My question is, what are these things? They look a little bit too monoform to be all custom build so I suspect that they come from some kit. I just can't tell which kit exactly. I'd love to get these and do the same things as scenic bases for my Ripperdactyls.

Anybody have an idea?
