Scenery Lizardmen temple

Amazing! What did you use to make the river?

Also do you have another picture of the temple in the fourth picture? The one that looks like it may be a Mayan statue or something, where did you get it?

EDIT:

wait a second, I did a quick search and found your other blog!!!!

Chaac the rain god. Thanks so much for the pictures, they have been saved for future reference and inspiration.

Yes the water is clear plastic sheet, over a dark cloth
easy to store- chajge the cloth for different depths/effects

How is it possible that everything in this thread seems so amazing?
All you have showed us is either awesome or fantastic: wow!!!

Love the pictures! I also liked this piece:

bunker's amazing terrain.jpg

The stairs, sides, and the symbols/masks on the sides look beautiful! Did you have any better pictures of this piece of terrain?

Also I love the bases on these cold one riders, they look great.

Hi Warden
it is a very old resin temple by Gallia
it contains all manner of mythos/fantasy bitz
the bases on the cold ones are
pva covered in budgie grit
base coat snake bite leather
drybrush tamiya flesh (peach)
Highlite bleached bone
then static grass & bushes attached with pva
the whole model then hairsprayed to seal it
regards
Shaun
