    Welcome. Okay here goes:

    Drop book of ashur from your slann. Believe me, rumination will let you get off all the spells you like and much cheaper than 70 pts. Also drop the ruby ring of ruin, you already have a magic missile from lore of life you really want to use it (also the ring won't let you use rumination or your casting level so is really bad for slann). Drop consciousness and get your slann into a temple guard unit (16 TG should be fine while using life, but 20 is better). Life slann are meant to be bunkered in TG so please do so, stubborn, ldr 9 coldblood reollable, regenerating, +2 toughness and regrowth means they won't be going anywhere. Also take the cupped hands off the skink priest and give it to your slann, since he'll be the one casting and possibly getting miscasts. I know throne of vines sounds like it will solve your miscast problems but a smart opponent will just dispel it when you cast it so you can't rely on it.

    Skink priest would probably be better on foot, thus giving you the points to get the TG unit. Give him level 2 if you like and a dispel scroll (skink priests are usually the scroll caddies for us). Always always always take a dispel scroll no matter what army you take.

    29 is a weird number for your saurus, either make them 25 or 30.

    Drop your skirmisher units to 10 each, and get rid of the braves. Skirmishers are a throw away unit meant to redirect the enemy and maybe get some lucky wounds on a monster so keep them cheap as possible.

    Chameleon skinks, either drop them down to one unit of 6-7 or two units of 5. 10 models is too big to get these guys placed during scouting. Splitting them into 2 groups forces your opponent to have to attack 2 units instead of one big one.

    Drop the ranger standard on the cavalry, it's too expensive for what it does. Either take huanchi's blessed totem (for extra long charge range) or gleaming pennant (to guard against an untimely stupidity failure).

    If at all possible, get a salamander unit of 1-2 packs. These guys are the best return on investment in the lizardmen army. If you don't have the models, just get a base to proxy for them and let your opponent know beforehand.
