I was running lore of Life the other day and after reading the lore attribute wondered about it. It says that it regains 1 wound back on friendly characters or something along those lines *Dont have the BRB to hand* My opponent said that it would revive models from a squad as long as it was in range, so I got a TG back every successful spell I cast

I don't think it works like that, though I'm unsure.

Also, if any other lore attributes cause any quarrels between opponents?

I'll quote from the book here
so this would suggest that the model must still be alive and therefor one can not resurrect dead Temple Guard.

True, no regaining dead models. Otherwise, what's the use of even having the regrowth spell in the lore?

Exactly what I thought! Well we played that I rezzed them anyway, Didnt make too much of a difference really.

Another one on my mind, Lore of Light, adds d6 to attacks against things from the realm of chaos. I know the warriors are humans possessed by deamons, But would there be any units that this attribute that would effect, say a hellcannon or something similar.

Im still creeping forth from the woods of nooby-ness XD

I would say "yes" to the Hellcannon and anything such as a daemon prince, jugernaughts, nurglings, and things that are described as deamons or as bound daemons. But I do not know for sure so don't quote me; but I think it would make sense to effect those sorts of creatures.

But that is a good question as to whether or not it would affect Exalted Heroes, Warriors of Chaos or Chaos Marauders?

I'm pretty sure the lore attribute for lore of light can't affect anything in the warriors of chaos army book, since, if memory serves, it specifically says undead, daemons or forest spirits (and by that I mean the unit has to have the Undead, Daemon, or Forest Spirit special rule).

I agree, if they don't have the specific "Demon" or "Undead" noted on their profile they are not effected.

I think *Bound deamon* would be effected by it, But tbh its not clearly defined. I was in GWS today and asked about it. They said as long as it says bound deamon, its still a deamon and it should work

They should really clear these things up in the errata for the BRB, but I never saw any distinction for it.

But when it says "Bound Daemon", is that actually in the rules, or is it just describing it as such? If the latter, then no, it is NOT affected by the lore attribute for Lore of Light.
