Discussion lost tribe from the southlands invade empire

Hey lads,
I play against the empire alot and wanted to launch a campaign against them. Decided to go with a lost tribe from the southlands as my background. Anyone know any fluff about the lizardmen outside lustria that might add to this campaign. Thanks or any help.

Besides the part about there being some far flung cities from back when the old ones were around, I don't know any specifics. However, I am thinking of doing the same thing.

Ik that there arent many slann or saurus in the southlands. And so far they cant really contact lustrian except through sporadic messages. Also there is a dwarf hold (forget the name) that no one has heard of in along time.
