    Hi everyone,

I'm still working my way through Fantasy, and I've come upon another question. In the entries for Heroes, it says you can take up X pts worth of Magic Items, depending on your character. Now the question is, how many items can you take? I think I read somewhere (possibly main rule book) that you can only take ONE magic item per character. Does this include the items under "Treasures of the Old Ones?"

As an example, lets say I have a Scar Vet who takes The Maiming Shield. Can he still "buy" other items with his leftover points? (ie a Potion, Pendant, etc)

    Thanks in advance!

Yes he can. The restriction is one magic item per category, so you can only have one enchanted item on a character, one magic armour, one magic weapon etc. And you cannot repeat the same item twice in an army.

Aside from that, you can have several items on the same character if you have the points for it.
