8th Ed. Malekith the witch king and mallus dark blade in begginers

From the title many of you will faint

SO when in beginners I was playing lizards teemed with the store owners brettonians
Vs. dark elves and dwarfs

Invasion and we were attacking

(Ok so I know we kind of cheated on the next bit but hey)
We set up I put down a Slann and an eog Saurus skink skirmishers and salamanders
Brets and a peasant horde and knights with lady and bsb and a paladin with some kind of magic swords
Oh and a trebuchet captained by a guy called Jim (don’t ask)

Now the dark elves deployed
A unit of crossbows near the back and a unit of coldones.
Then they put malekith on a dragon down
Then Maulles
The dwarfs put down surprise, surprise a gun line
And a 50 unit in the building (which was a dwarf pub)
They had cannon and an organ gun plus a thane and a slayer

Then last moment another lizard player joined

He had lord kroak and a unit of Saurus

So I did the logical thing... I cheated

I took the eog off the Stegadon and out the Slann on top tadahh mazamundi (I also put gor rok in my sau spear unit)

So we go first and move up the knights charge the slayer and butcher him ( I might add that the "noble" knights left the dragon and malekith who was very near the slayer)

The peasants advance on the gun line put cant/ don’t charge

Salamanders shoot COK with Maulles (enemy) but misfire on one killing a handler and don’t hit with other 2 (too short)

Magic between deliverance of itza and ruination of cities the dwarfs looked kind of funny I miscast a final transmutation but (slightly cheating) said that mazamundi had cupped hands and transferred the miscast to Malekith who (unfortunately) only lost a wizard level
 
then enemy go
move malleus chrges lord mazamundi
gunline shoots a bit kills some bret pesants
malleus moves up and whacks the slaamanders not quite killing them all
(oh last go the trebuchet killed some dwarfs)
anywho malekith and his dragon put 1 wound on mazamundi but cant destroy him or hiw wep (nor caould mazamundi)

long story short Mazamundi's stegadon thunder stomp put 3 wounds on the dragon he lost combat and malekith fled throught the cannon and the crtossbows so we won the game because the witchkind ran for it (oh and to add insult to injurymalleus dark blade was killed by the deliverance of itza )
