In a monster mash list I would really consider using Heavens on those skink priests. The signature spell is a really good tool in the arsenal for hindering cannons and other warmachines from being able to shoot the big guys. Its also handy to cast on a unit you are going to charge into. Beasts is tempting as Wildform is a great buff, but the real damage dealers in this list are the Monsters and they don't need it all that much. Besides, the heavens spells for re-rolling all your 1's to hit, to wound and for saves can be comparable to the +1S. the hex that makes your opponent reroll 6's to hit, to wound and to save can be comparable to +1 toughness. Plus the signature spells -1 to BS AND Ld means charging into that stand and shoot will do far less damage and you are more likely, depending on General and BSB's location, to make them fail a fear or terror check. Just a personal preference but aside from that I have been pondering a very similar list.
find a way to take 2 ancient stegs. Also, i think you should have a bus unit of saurus that is 40 models. Saves pts on command and you might actually have a unit that will have steadfast. The brick that you can swing your monsters around. If you don't have that brick pivot to swing your monsters on, you will get in CC and have to kill them to a man to break their steadfast.
I think that it is important to use a list that you enjoy. And that is never crazy I prefer to have fun instead of just think competitive. Would like to hear how you do in the Tournament!
