Attacks made by the Carnosaur were FAQ'd to have the Multiple Wounds (d3) special rule. Does this apply to their Thunderstomp attacks as well?
 
No, the thunderstomp attacks do not each do d3 wounds, although it would make carnie amazing if it did :D The main FAQ has a question that specifically prevents stomps and thunderstomps from benefitting from any other special rules.
